    If you are looking for help increasing your executive presence, mastering the art of influence, or need support through a major transition, we recommend 1:1 coaching. Our sessions can be set up as a one-time strategy session, bi-weekly meetings, or six-month engagements. We keep these sessions strictly confidential so you can speak and explore freely.

    Executive Coaching

    As a senior industry leader, time set aside for working on yourself likely hasn’t been seen for months or years. Our work together starts with identifying high impact improvement areas around your leadership style and execution, and often involves working with your trusted HR partner if you choose. Through feedback sessions with peers, direct staff, and trusted colleagues, we will develop an action plan that aligns with your busy schedule and achieve desired results that will resonate.

    Managers and leaders of underperforming teams seek out coaching to help make them great. Our engagement can involve a one-time class facilitation on teaching the coaching mindset or the art of influencing, to name a few. We can go deeper with a thorough team assessment and evaluation. Then, we set goals and an action plan for building a higher performing and trusting team. This type of coaching is appropriate for business leadership staff, engineering leads, non-profit organizations, and groups of people working on common goals. Packages include assessment, feedback gathering, and team coaching sessions. 1-on-1 coaching sessions for each team member can be added. Typical engagements last 3-6 months. (Limited availability.)
